Job Description

BS Social Care are seeking experienced Support Workers and Healthcare Assistants to deliver the highest quality of care and support to service users in Middlesbrough and Darlington, on a full and part time basis, working long day shifts, sleep ins and nights.

You will be required to assist individuals who are unable to live independently by offering them the practical help they need, as well as emotional support. You will be responsible for supporting elderly, adults and children with a range of difficulties including - mental illness, learning/physical disabilities and also some challenging behaviour from time to time.

We are looking for candidates that have a compassionate approach, confident in your ability to provide care and support, that protects the dignity of the service users and is in line with their personalised care plan.
