Job Description

I am looking for a Support Worker to work within a Supported Living Service in South Bristol. The Supported Living Service supports Adults with Learning Disabilities and associated Complex Needs.

You will find yourself supporting Adults through their day-to-day lives and supporting them to develop their independence. If you have initiative, are kind, compassionate and caring then this is the role for you.

This role is a Progression role, meaning that for the right candidate, you can become a Team Leader or Senior Support Worker so, self-motivation and the drive to develop your career is essential.

Day-to-Day Duties will Include;
-Report writing
-Assisting the Residents with activities
-Maintaining Care Plans
-Handovers

Candidate Requirements;
-Experience working within the Health and Social Care sector
-Experience working with Adults with Learning Disabilities
-An NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care is preferable but not required, as you will be supported to complete one

Pay/Contract;
-£20,748 per annum or, £9.50 p/h
-This is a Full-Time position
-2 week rolling rota
-You will be required to work Alternate Weekends and Evenings
-NO Sleep ins
