Position: Support Worker
Location: HA8 (Harrow)
Hours: Full time or part time
Potential temp to perm role
Guaranteed hours


Our client is currently looking for a support worker who can provide a good sense of care for the young service users. Their criteria is that you assist a safe and homely environment individually and as part of a team to help young people achieve their potential.

Duties:
Encourage development of young person interest
Maintain positive and trusting relationship with young people to promote security
Promote safeguarding and protect the well-being of each young individual
Person centred approach
Promoting and ensuring privacy and dignity


Minimum requirements to work with BS Social Care as a Care Worker:
Recent 6-month care experience
You must have the right to work in the UK
For the registration; you must have your -- Passport, Biometric Residence Card, Proof of address, National Insurance and an enhance DBS
You must have a good level of English and be able to communicate
A warm and personable nature with the ability to work with patience and understanding.
