Support Worker- Young people
Temp to perm - £22,824 - £24,350
Hours - Full time Monday - Friday

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Support Worker within an established organisation. This role will require you to help provided support to young people and enable them to develop their like skills and confidence to access opportunity enabling them to make a successful transition into independence.

You will lead and participate in delivery of services to young people by helping them develop and deliver life and social skills in individual and group settings and facilitate participation of young people in their support plans.

To be suitable for this role, you must have and NVQ level 4 advice and Guidance Care or Equivalent. You must also have experience of working in the following areas: Youth Work, Residential/Social Work, Probation/Criminal Justice, Education and Housing Support. Being a driver with access to your own vehicle is necessary as you will be required to visit other sites in the area.
