We are looking for experienced learning disabilities/mental health support workers/care assistants in the Bath area to support service users who have complex physical needs and sensory impairments. Some service users are on the autism spectrum as well.
You'll be working with a welcoming and friendly team, so it is important you have the confidence to ask if you need support with something.
You'll need to have an encouraging and compassionate approach as well as promoting independence. You'll also have the experience and be comfortable with working in a busy home.

What we'll need from you:
- A minimum of one years' experience in working within the care sector (learning disabilities & autism)
- DBS (registered on the updated service would be a great advantage)
- Driver
- Manual Handling training
- Comfortable to support in personal care
