You will be working for an excellent provider in mental health and learning disabilities, rehabilitation and recovery specialising in supporting people with high and complex needs, they work with people with mental health, substance misuse and other complex needs to achieve their ambitions and potential.

As the support worker you will be supporting the services users with the day to day duties, out in the community, taking shopping or out on actitivites and supporting the service users to have the best life possible!

You will be able to demonstrate a keen passion to be able to getting involved, personal care is very minimal but to help with day to day life tasks and show great values and passion to care for others!

The Successful candidate will hold NVQ level 2 or 3 and have previous experience in a similar setting! opportunities for you to join without any NVQ is also available as long as you show the passion and wanting to join the care setting.

This is a full-time position with a salary of £18720 for 40 hours a week plus increments to salary for waking nights In addition to excellent benefits, progression and developments.
