Male/Female support worker required to work with a young person with Autism and complex needs!

BS Social Care are currently looking for experienced support workers to work in a residential service caring for a young person with complex needs in London

Details of the role:
Position: Support Worker
Location: Central London / W1W 7LF
Hours: Temporary contract

You will be playing an important role in providing excellent support and care. Your daily tasks as a support worker will include assisting a service user with high needs. You will be working 2-1 with the service user so it is important for you to work well as a team, have attention to detail and be able to communication and liaison with, families, and other support workers whilst respecting appropriate confidentiality.

Duties:
Personal care
Domestic duties/tasks
Promoting and ensuring privacy and dignity
Understanding their communication needs and adapting your communication.
Providing emotional support to individuals and their families.


Shift Patterns flexible working hours
Minimum requirements to work with BS Social Care as a Care Worker:
Recent Care experience
You must have the right to work in the UK
You must have a good level of English and be able to communicate
A warm and personable nature with the ability to work with patience and understanding.
DBS on update service or willing to do one.
