Are you an assertive yet caring support worker seeking a new permanent opportunity? If so please read on.

Working for an established organisation working with individuals with mental health needing a supportive hand with independence. An innovative organisation that provides excellent support to vulnerable people.

As a support worker, you will be supporting and encouraging the individuals to live independently and help with life skills such as supporting them with personal care, dressings, meal times, bed washing, activities in the community and support them with all aspects of daily living.

You will be an open minded and resilient individual who is not easily phased and non-judgement. You will be keen to make a difference and have a positive attitude with strong values and behaviour.

To be considered for this role, ideally you will have experience working within a similar setting such as mental health and personal care.
You must be able to drive and have access to your own car.
You will have an assertive as well as caring nature. The successful candidate will be able to build good rapport and relationships with the individuals and be encouraging throughout.

This is a full-time role with a salary of £18,135. Other benefits include holidays and training and mileage paid. There is also scope for progression within the company as it is ever expanding.
