Do you have experience working in Probation Hostel?

Brook Street Social Care are currently working with a Hostel located in Guildford . The service provides rehabilitation to become up standing member of the community.

As a support worker you will work as part of a team with all colleagues in order to maintain the quality of care and smooth running of the home. It is imperative to engage with relatives in order to support the delivery of high quality care to residents.

We are looking for candidates who have the following skills:
-Working with adults who have challenging behaviour
-Understanding the needs of adults who have underlined issues around mental health, learning and other factors that require additional support


-Committing to minimum of 45 hour week
-6 months experience working in a similar role
-Able to work weekends

This role paying £10.00-£11.00
