I am recruiting for an amazing learning disabilities charity who work across the whole South West region and deliver second to none care and support. About the role

You'll be working in a lovely service that support young people who have respite care. The home can support 3 people at any one time but they have 23 families who access the service. The young people could stay for just one night or a whole week. You'll be supporting the clients with different aspects of life, from shopping, meal prep, to just being someone to talk to and those who need it personal care.

You'll be working on a shift pattern covering Mon-Sun, earlies, lates and sleep ins (don't worry you wont be working every weekend).

About you
The key thing about this role is your personality, so being a good communicator, positive, patient and having positive approach. Ideally we're looking for full time workers but if you're looking for a part time role you'll have a home here too.

The salary for this role is £17,794 - £18,492 pa pro rata (£9.10 - £9.46 per hour), dependent on qualifications & experience.?
You have the option of working additional hours or sleep-ins in a range of services - paid at £50-£70 extra per sleep-in
