Job Description

Brook street social care is working together with a leading company in the health and social care sector.

What we can offer you is:

Annual salary of £18,135.
You will automatically trigger Overtime rate wen you hit 37.5 hours a week.
With the shift pattern, you will be work three days a week and have four days off.


What we are looking for:

Experienced support staff within the health and social care sector.
Flexibility as you will be working a mixture of 12 hour day and night shifts on a rota.
Preferably holds a full UK driving licence



About the role:

You will be working in a service with 10 self contained flats for people with anything from autism to semi independent living.
Domestic duties
Supporting in and around the community
Support with every day living
