Job Description

Brook Street Social Care present an exciting opportunity; working in Partnership with UBU, based in the East Midlands Postcode - LN6.

This is a permanent role and the starting salary is £9.50 per hour - full time and part time available

We are looking for people who want a rewarding career in enabling people they serve. UBU offer one of the best training packages within the sector leading to accredited qualifications and a diploma.

This particular service is 24 hour supported living, many of the enablers have complex needs, learning difficulties, physical disabilities and need intensive support to help with their day to day lives.

You will be required to assist with all daily activities, from personal care, to engagement in the community. This role can be demanding physically and emotionally, but it is also incredibly rewarding. If you have the passion and desire, we want to hear from you.

A background in Care is not essential however desirable. However, we do have roles available for level 3 qualified in health and social care- again this is not essential.

To apply for this role, you must be able to work the below shifts:

Standard working

Working hours are a mix of daytimes, evenings and weekends, earliest start 7am, latest finish 10pm but we are flexible to all our staff team, training is generally completed during the day Monday to Friday, some of which is home-based

Sleeps

Sleep ins maybe be required once you have passed your probation however not all services require sleeps
