We at BS Social Care are delighted to offer a fantastic position for one of our valued clients based in Lancaster.

The role is temporary and is based on 37 hours a week with flexible days available all days of the week, supporting between the hours of 9-5:30. You will be working with a lovely service user who has complex needs. You will be supporting the user with day to day needs such as shopping, going for walks and going into town as well as tasks within the house. You will be a good communicator, listener, non-judgemental and be able to work of your own initiative. You will be tasked with leaving handover notes for other staff to pick up on.

You will ideally have experience within the learning disabilities sector and will have the ability to support the tenant with day to day living.

Qualifications are not essential but knowledge on safeguarding will be required.
