I am working with a leading, reputable provider to recruit full and part time support workers to join their team in the Birmingham area.

These extremely rewarding roles require flexibility to work a varied shift pattern, this can also include sleep ins in some services. You will also be required to deliver personal care and support, administer medication, maintain infection control requirements and liaise with external agencies.

All care delivered will be of a high quality and will truly benefit the lives of the people you support.

I am seeking applications from people who have either PERSONAL or PROFESSIONAL care experience, as well as excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and a commitment to making a difference.

A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is preferred, due to the community element of this role, however, all services can be accessed via excellent public transport links.
