Job Description

Are you seeking a new permanent role as a Support Worker to support adults with LD and Complex needs? if so we would like to hear from you!

You will be working for an excellent provider in Supported Living and Residential supporting Adults with learning disabilities and high and complex needs, they work with people to help achieve their ambitions and potential.

As the Support worker you will be supporting working with the team to support with care , dispensing of medication and will be responsible for supporting the service user`s day to day duties and make sure service users are fully supported, encourage being out in the community on a daily basis, helping them with cooking, cleaning and all day-to-day daily tasks.

You will be able to demonstrate commitment, passion, good communication skills and a willingness to work closely with colleagues and the Senior support workers ensure the effective and smooth running of the Service.

The successful candidate will hold relevant experience in the Social Care fields or if no experience show willingness to learn and be committed to training to working in supported living and residential sector.

This is a full-time position with a salary of working wither 35 or 40 hours a week, Day shifts with additional Waking night shifts if you wish pick them up.
Salary is £10.00ph if no qualification if you have NVQ Level 3 Salary is £10.25 and Waking watch - £10.70ph with the Option of a weekly pay.
