Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate, professional and caring worker with an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care to join our temp team in the Liverpool area to work night shifts at a mother and baby assessment unit for a potential temporary to permanent contract. You will be providing general and emotional support to the mothers and babies during their stay here and responding to their needs in a timely and effective manner.

BS Social Care has over 20 years experience in providing staff to the health and social care sector. We are well known for the quality of staff we provide to our clients and the positive working relationships we have with our employees.

In this role you will be expected to provide a polite and courteous service, adhere to safeguarding procedures and be familiar with procedures in the local area. You will be enthusiastic and willing to learn and complete and training necessary for the role. You will promote equality and diversity in all areas of work and be vigilant when completing and relevant paper work to the company standard. The pay rate for this role is £9.00 per hour and the benefits would include double pay on bank holidays, accrued holiday pay, flexibility, reward and recognition including temp of the month awards and 24 hour support from our friendly consultants 365 days a year.
