Temporary Support worker at a challenging behaviour home in North London!
BS Social Care are looking for Support Workers in North London to work in a residential children's home.
You will need to provide your professional experience and skills to work with young adults to work with them on a day to day basis and to support their independence.
Working for BS Social Care you will be offered work in locations and settings to suit you. We work with a range of shifts and hours, this is also an ideal way to work your job around your availability.
You will need to be confident in working with young adults and have a real desire to support the work of the permanent members of staff.
You must also be willing to go through our recruitment process which starts with an in-branch registration during which time we do a medical checklist, full employment history, sending references and getting you put onto our online training programme. Once all of the paperwork is back (references and training), then we can put you out to work immediately!
Our pay rates vary depending on experience and depending on which clients you work with but generally start at circa £9 and go up to circa £10 per hour. Benefits include holiday accrual based on your hours worked amongst others.
