Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity to join an experienced team for a well established organisation in Filton, Bristol as a Support Worker for adults with Learning Disabilities.

Main Duties
You will be supporting individuals within their own accommodation, helping with their daily routines and activities and helping with any personal care requirements they may have. You will be supporting service users with learning disabilities, challenging behaviours and mental health.

Contract
Hours: 37.5 hours per week. 12 hour shifts, 2 sleep ins per week
Hourly Rate: £8.00 per hour on weekdays, enhanced weekend and evening pay. £60 per sleep in.

Qualifying Candidates
For this role previous experience in care is required. You will need to be a driver with your own transport and be able to work long shifts. If you are an enthusiastic, bubbly and willing person you will be a great candidate for this role.
