We have a fantastic opportunity to join a well established and growing care organisation in Wiltshire as a Support Worker.

Your main role is to provide help and support for the service users` physical, social and emotional development and to encourage them to be as independent as possible. Supporting in daily activities and routines and ensuring that any personal care is taken care of, sometimes this will be encouragement and prompting. You will be working as part of a team, reporting directing to the senior or supervisor, maintaining a stable, safe and happy environment and ensuring all care plans are followed and records are logged. For this role you need to be enthusiastic, friendly, resilient, a good communicator and team player.

Contract:
The pay rate is £18,206-£20,598 p.a, 37.5 hours per week + 1-2 sleep.
You will need to be flexible in your working hours for this role. Shifts are 7am-2pm, 7am/7.30am- 10pm/10.30pm. Sleep ins are from 10.30pm - 6.45am. You will usually work every other weekend.
Monthly rotas are published 2 weeks in advance.

Qualifying Candidates
- 6 months experience working in the care industry
- Strong communication and team work skills
- Previous experience with challenging behaviour
- Driver with your own transport
- Previous experience with Autism is desirable
