There are various roles as a support worker both for children, adults and elderly with flexible hours to suit your own individual needs

You will be caring for the service users, this may include personal care, general cleaning, preparing food, taking them out shopping and doing different activities with them to keep them active and engage. This will all depend on the service user what requirements they need and how dependant they are. Having a chat with them, making them smile and making a difference to their lives is what we look for- THIS IS A KEY! We have work all over the midlands for example Warwickshire, Leicestershire, Coventry, Nottingham and Derby!

You will have great experience working in this field for at least a year or six months alongside a qualification. Have the ability to be able to work within a challenging environment and the ability to control any type of situation immediately which would require someone who can think on their feet. You need to be flexible and adaptable and work in different settings.
