Currently we are recruiting for one of our well established clients in Horley.They are a specialised Supported Living provider for Adults with learning disabilities. We are looking for someone who can match their vision of offering high quality care and support in an environment that promotes positive well-being and maximises the potential to live as independently as possible.

Our ideal candidate will be a flexible and passionate Support Worker. He will be a strong team player, with good judgement and a strong passion for helping people.Previous care experience is preferable but not always required as full training will be provided.



Your main duties will be:

Enabling service users to access the community
Supporting them with daily living skills like cleaning, cooking and laundry
Supporting them with daily personal care tasks like bathing and dressing
Enabling then to make healthy meal choices
Supporting them to take their prescribed medication
Supporting them to live safely in their own home
Promoting independence and positive well-being
Safeguarding service users rights and dignity
Implementing their person-centred care plans
