We are looking for a number of dedicated Support Workers to join our team of flexible and bank workers for services across North London. As we work with a range of clients and hours, this is also a perfect way to work your job around your personal commitments.

Your role will involve working with people to help them develop their independence and will need to combine your professional experience and skills to work with adults on a day to day basis to promote their independence and ensure that they have fun while staying safe.

To be able to work for this role, you will need to have experience working with adults with autism, Learning disabilities, physical disabilities, challenging behaviour and complex and mental health needs. You will also be able to travel flexibly on public transport. You will need to have a passion to provide support and have a pro energetic approach. You will need to be empathetic and patient.

Our pay rates vary depending on experience and depending on which clients you work with but generally start at circa £9 and go up to circa £10 per hour. Benefits include holiday accrual based on your hours worked amongst others.
