This is your chance to join an amazing team of Support workers in a large organisation in Edgware.

We have a charitable organisation that provides independence and well-being of people with care and support needs. They are looking for an energetic and positive support worker who can take on the role to meet the needs of vulnerable service users to provide compassionate care which protects the self-esteem and safety of the people in the service.

Key responsibilities required from you...

" Participate in the day-to-day tasks and support plan
" Maintain effective communication and connection with service users
" Support service users with the preparation of meals, laundry duties, cleaning and activities
" Maintain notes and records as and when required


Experience required from you...

" At least one year's previous experience
" NVQ in Health and Social Care
" Good knowledge of Care Standards & Regulations


The ideal candidate must have the following

**Eligibility to work
**DBS check if not on the update service
**Minimum of two years reference
