An exciting opportunity has arisen for passionate Support Workers to join service for Adults and Children with Learning Disabilities.

You will be joining one of the UKs leading providers of supported living services for Adults and Children with Learning Disabilities, Mental Health and Physical Disabilities. Joining the company at an exciting time of growth and expansion, which could lead to future development and opportunities.

As a Support Worker you will supporting with assisting with activities, day to day tasks and personal care. You will also build professional rapports with the families and provide the most person centred care.

This role will suit an organised, self-motivated and a positive individual who is able to multi task, have good communication skills and be able to work well as part of a team and on own initiative.

You must hold a full UK Driving Licence and be flexible to meet the service requirements including some evenings and weekends.

This is a full time position with a starting salary of £13,650-£14,887 with excellent benefits, progression and development.
