Job Title - Support Worker
Location - Pontardawe
Hours - 37.5 per week
Salary - £15,268

I am looking for individual that hold their QCF Level 2 and have experience of working in a care environment.

You will be working with service users that display mental health, autism and learning disabilities. You will support the residents with day to day activities; there will be some elements of personal care.
