We are currently recruiting for an amazing new opportunity supporting adults with Autism and Asperger's.

In the role you will be supporting individuals who have Autism and Asperger's with every day activities such as going shopping, going for walks and providing emotional support.

You will be a kind and caring individual who is pro active. You must enjoying supporting individuals out in the community and be able to offer advice and support where needed.

In order to apply for this role you will need either 12 months paid work experience within the social care sector OR 6 months experience with a relevant social care qualification.
