Job Description

A residential school in Bristol are looking for passionate support workers for young people with severe learning disabilities age between 12-19. The school will invest in candidates by supplying training and mentoring within the roles. They want you to feel like one of the team, as this will aid you in your efforts to deliver the highest standard of care and support.

You will need to bring your "A" game to this role. Your passion and outgoing personality are a must, as the young people you will be supporting want a fun, routine that engages with their interests. You also need to be consistent in your approach and reliable, as disruption to the young people can be difficult for them to process.

You need to be a passionate, creative, outgoing person. Someone who wants to make a difference in the lives of the young people being supported, allowing them to gain their full potential in life.

You need to have worked in health and social care, ideally for one year. Experience of working with young people will be an advantage but not essential.

Excellent rates of pay are available for both Days and Night shifts!
