Children's Residential Support Workers

£9.00-£9.50 p/hour

BS Social Care are currently recruiting for experienced children`s support workers to work with children with challenging behaviour in a residential establishment in Northamptonshire.

The role involves caring for children with learning disabilities and emotional and behavioural difficulties who are likely to exhibit challenging behaviour. We require a passionate person to support them in their daily routine and to be a positive role model.

The ideal candidate will have worked with children in a residential setting and have experience working with children who may present some challenging behaviour. To be apply for this role we require a minimum of 12 months' experience in working with children and young people and an enhanced DBS.
