**Mental health Support Workers**
Nuneaton
£16000 - £18000 Depending on qualification


My client is one of the exceptional mental health service providers within the East Midalnds.

They are expending and looking for support workers for the new sites.

Working for this client will provide you with great opportunities to further your existing skills and advance your career path.


As a support worker you need to have at least 6 months experience working with mental health.
NVQ Level 3 desirable but not essential

Duties will include:
Preparations and implementation of group and individual programmes
Resolving challenging situation using right techniques and correct language (training provided)
You need to be flexible to cover rotating shifts and some sleep ins
You need to be calm, level headed, tolerant and approachable
