Job Description

This is a supported living home for up to 6 service users. currently there are 2 service users (30-64) ,with learning disabilities and challenging behaviours some that may be physical.

Duties include day to day activities, morning routines, help prep meals, help them go back into community, support with the activities, help with meds, and keep them safe day to day, support with evening routines, support with daily living skills, and promote, help with cook and cleaning.

This is based on a 38 hours per week, this will be broken into 3 days, long shifts 14 hours, 2 and then 1 at 10 hours, and then 2 hours for supervisions and training, monitor behaviours, risk assessments. Rota. 38 hrs per week Shift would be 8am- 22.00 and 22.00 - 8.00am.

There are no on call or sleep ins with this role
