We have a very exciting opportunity supporting individuals with behavioural issues, supporting within a well established organisation!

BS Social Care is one of the UK`s leading recruitment specialist, we specialise in sourcing and placing skilled workers into roles within the social care sector.

The role of the support worker for this service is to offer general care support to adults with behavioural issues, you will supporting with domestic duties, meal preparation and cleaning. You will also be going out in the community assisting with activities. The role does not include intense personal care, however this can`t be ruled out. You will be working for a large well established organisation and there is other homes you can go to.

The ideal candidate will be someone who is reliable, consistent and passionate about what they do. You need to be flexible to work on a rota basis as the shifts may be a mixture of days, nights, sleeps and can support in multiple services.

We are looking for individuals who have experience within the social care sector, ideally 1 year of 6 months with a relevant social care qualification. If you have a DBS on the update service we would love to hear from you!
