BS Social Care is currently looking to recruit experienced Support Workers for an exciting opportunity in supporting service users with Learning Disabilities within the heart of North London. You will be supporting service users who have a learning disabilities, physical disability and other associated health conditions. This opportunity will allow you to have flexibility, expand your experience in Support Work and most importantly, allow you to have an enjoyable experience with all service users.

Position: Support Worker
Location: Barnet, North London
Hours: Full & Part-Time Available
Salary: A competitive rate of pay £9.50 - 12.00


In this role you will be working closely with Adults, providing personal centred care, assisting residents with weekly tasks such as shopping, working with individuals to achieve their personal goals, supporting individuals to explore their independence and choices; engaging with individuals in activities and tasks. This role may occasionally require working nights to support residents during the week.

You will need to provide your professional experience and skills with Adults to work with them on a day to day basis and to support their independence.

You will need to be confident in working with adults and have a real desire to support the work of the permanent members of staff.


The ideal candidate must have the following:

• Eligibility to work
• DBS check if not on the update service
