Job Description

Support Workers required urgently!!!!!!

We are currently looking for experienced Support Workers to join us on a temporary basis. Our client is a specialist provider of supported living services for adults with learning disabilities. Their vision is to provide high quality care and support in an environment that maximizes their potential to live as independently as possible.

We require people who can demonstrate a positive attitude and passionate about supporting adults with learning disabilities. Also, practical understanding of carrying personal care with dignity and privacy.

Details of the role:
Position: Support Workers
Location: Thatcham, West Berkshire (Reading)
Hours: Full & part-time available, 20 to37.5 hours per week
Preferably a car driver as the location is rural!


For this role;
You will be paid a minimum of £9.50 per hour
Work flexible shifts to provide you with a good work life balance

Training


Requirements for Role
Have you got a minimum of 1 years' experience working with Learning disabilities and Challenging behaviour clients?
Do you have experience working with autism or clients who are autistic?
Do you have the right to work in the UK?
Do you have an enhance updated DBS or willing to do a new enhanced DBS?
You will be working as part of a team and as such good written and verbal communication will be needed for this role.
