Job Description

BS Social Care are looking for support workers to pick up adhoc and full time work according to when you are available. We have a variety of shifts available- earlies, lates and long days working at a very settled supported living service in Kingsthorpe.

There are 3 residents at the service with learning disabilities who all have different needs. You will possess excellent communication skills and be an empathetic and caring individual. Your role will involve supporting the residents with their daily routine and supporting them to live as independently as possible. This will include personal care and going out in the community to access different activities.

This is paid at a rate of £8.50 per hour, with enhanced rates for bank holidays. We also offer accrued holiday pay and a pension scheme.
