We are looking for experienced Support Worker who are looking for an exciting opportunities in Greater Manchester.

Your role will be to help care and support for individuals who may need extra help within the community. This may be going to people`s homes and helping with any needs they may have or in residential homes.

Successful candidates will have a minimum of one year`s practical experience within the care sector. Being a driver with access to your own vehicle is desirable but not essential. They will also have excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
