Brand new opportunity has arisen for a support worker for young people with challenging behaviour!

The employer:
BS Social Care has 25 plus years experience in sourcing and placing skilled workers into roles within the social care sector, offering a free and confidential service.

The role:
You will be following a plan set out by social workers, engaging with the young people and supporting their education and employment opportunities. You will be engaging with the young people and integrating them back into the community and being a positive role model. They can present challenging behaviour.

About you
We are looking for individuals who are of strong character and able to keep a professional boundary, however you must be able to break down barriers which to begin with they may present.

You must have a minimum of 1 years paid experience within the social care sector.
