Job Description

Role: 5X Care and Support worker
Salary: £9.00 - £9.50 per hour
Location: Ealing (West London)
Hours per week: Full time and Part time
Contract: Temporary

We are currently recruiting for fantastic and passionate number of care and support workers to join a residential service specialised in Autism situated in Ealing.

The role involves:
Support service users with all aspects of daily living including personal care, medication Daily living skills & accessing the community on a rota basis.
Safeguarding service user's rights and dignity
Providing independence and social inclusion
Encouraging service users to be involved in decisions about their lives

Our client is a specialist support provider of Residential services for adults/young adults with Autism. Their vision is to offer high quality care and support in an environment that promotes positive well-being and maximise their potential to live as independently as possible.

Requirements of the role

Essential:


An effective team Player
Flexible to meet the needs of the service
Can work flexible hours
A positive attitude & passionate about supporting adults/young adults with Autism
Substantial Experience of supporting adults/young adults in a community setting
Can demonstrate a practical understanding of delivering personal care with dignity and Privacy
Can work independently and demonstrate good judgement
Excellent written and Verbal communication skills
Excellent IT skills
Reliable and punctual

Do you have experience working with autism or clients who are autistic?
Do you have the right to work in the UK?
Do you have an enhance updated DBS or willing to do a new enhanced DBS?
You will be working as part of a team and as such good written and verbal communication will be needed for this role.
