BS Social Care are currently recruiting temporary Children & Young People residential support workers for our various established clients in Norwich area.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Challenging Behaviours, CSE, Learning Disabilities and Mental Health with a genuine passion to make a difference
It is essential you have a minimum of 6 months experience working within a Residential Children's setting, ideally with an Enhanced DBS on the update service or alternatively be willing to purchase a new one for £46 through Brook Street Disclosures.
It is also an advantage to have a full UK drivers license with access to your own vehicle, as some of our clients may require you to take the Children out into the community and promote activities.
You must be able to commit to a minimum of 2 - 3 shifts per week, as many of the clients prefer continuity to create a more settled environment for the Children & Young People in their care.
Typical hours of work are 12 hour shifts consisting of Days, Waking Nights and Sleeps, so full flexibility is essential.
The pay rate for Children's Workers varies between £9.00 - £10.00 per hour, dependant on shifts and clients with Holiday Pay to accrue.
