Due to new sites building built, we are recruiting for a number of support workers to support Adults with Learning Difficulties, Epilepsy, complex needs and personal care, 3 adult males currently residing in property.

The client is a health and social care provider, supporting vulnerable adults to live independently in their communities.

You will be a caring and supportive individual who has a passion for care and supportive nature.

Ideally any proven background within Health and Social Care, a minimum NVQ level two or above or equivalent, However the client is open to unqualified candidates who are wanting to get into the sector.

The client is open to offering full and part time roles to any successful candidates.

Minimum starting salary - £18,533, plus £70.47 for a 9 hour sleep in, £62.64 for an 8 hour sleep in. £111 per month additional pay for on call, Full training, ongoing coaching and support, pension, holidays, well done days, buddy system, refer a friend scheme, staff events, free parking plus so much more.

This is a 1st stage interview then same day decision and can start successful candidates as soon as they are able.
