Support Worker - Birmingham, UK

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality support to clients in their daily activities.
- Assist with personal care and hygiene needs as required.
- Encourage and promote independence and self-sufficiency among clients.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families.
- Document and report on client progress and any concerns to the management team.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure the best outcomes for clients.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in a support worker role or similar position.
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy and a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Basic IT skills for documentation and reporting.
- Understanding of safeguarding and health and safety practices.
