Temporary position
Brook Street Social Care are recruiting a dedicated Support Worker to support our client's 6-bed supported living service in Penrith.
Duties
- Available for waking nights 22:00 - 06:00
- Medication administration
- Mental health support
- Managing phone calls with the crisis team
- Relationship building
- Report writing
