BS Social Care are recruiting for an established and respected care provider to find a Support Worker to join a service in Bexhill.

We are looking to recruit passionate and dedicated individuals, who want to make a difference in the lives of vulnerable service users.

You will need to be resilient and dedicated enough to manage any challenging behaviours, whilst continuing to provide unconditional care, advice, and support.
Duties include:
You will be transporting service users from the hospital to the comfort of their homes. You will be responsible for their well-being and ensuring that they settle into their homes comfortably.


We are looking for individuals who:
Have a Level 3 Diploma (or NVQ equivalent) in Health and Social Care
Have at least 6 months current experience working with vulnerable adults and a valid Driver`s Licence
A Passion for working with Adults
A Good team player
Excellent communication skills
Effective leadership
A willingness to learn and adapt
A full UK Driving Licence


Enrolment with us is subject to an enhanced disclosure and satisfactory references. You will need to be able to provide a minimum of 2 references covering 2 years and provide all right to work and ID documents.
