Job Title - Support Worker : Complex Behaviour & Autism Support Worker (Young Adults)
Location - Brecon
Salary - £9.15 p/h 39 hours a week. £62.64 per sleep in + Time and a half for Wakes

A well established company for young adults with Learning Dissabilities and Autism is opening a new service in the idyllic location of Brecon. We are looking for experienced and non-experienced Support Workers with a real drive and passion for care.

Your role - You will be working as part of a team to create a safe, positive and homely place for Young Adults with complex behaviour and/or Autism to live. You will be implementing and reviewing a number of plans for individuals to enable the service users to lead fulfilling lives.

What you will need - This Company is looking for candidates with experience dealing with challenging behaviour and experience working with learning difficulties. A driving licence and transport with a clean licence is essential.
