* * * SUPPORT WORKER REQUIRED * * *

We are currently recruiting Support Workers to work on ad hoc and long term temporary bookings.

You will be experienced in the support of children with learning disabilities, complex needs and challenging behaviours. You will be confident in de-escalation and the management of unpredictable behaviours.

An understanding of the autistic spectrum is desirable and a minimum of 12 months' experience in a similar role is essential.
