Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Support Worker to work within a Residential Service for Children and Young People that may display additional behavioural needs.

You will join a provider who specialises in the delivery of high quality, person centred Therapeutic support for Children and Young People within Residential Services that have experienced early life distress.

As a Support Worker your role is to provide high quality child care practice, within the company`s model, across all residential homes. Duties include mentoring the Children, supporting them with the educational, behavioural and personal development and supporting them with day to day activities.

We are looking for motivated, trustworthy and professional individuals who have a passion to support Children and Young People.

You will ideally hold a Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People Workforce or be willing to work towards and have experience working within a Residential Service for Children. You must hold a full UK Driving license with access to your own car.

This is a full time position with a starting salary of £17,236-£18,783 plus excellent personal and professional development and training opportunities.
