An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Support Worker to work within a Residential Service supporting Children and Young People with complex needs.

You will be working for an excellent provider that high quality support to Children and Young Adults with a range of complex needs including Mental Health, Learning Disabilities and Autism.

Your duties will include supporting Children and Young People with additional needs with their day to day activities, encouraging their social life and personal development, liaising with families and social workers and supporting them to live fulfilling lives.

We are looking for passionate, professional and motivated individuals that have a positive attitude and ability to remain calm under pressure.

The successful candidate will hold a full UK Driving License and have experience supporting Children and Young People with complex needs within a residential service.

This is a full-time position with a salary of £19,448 - £20,488 plus increments to salary in addition to excellent benefits, progression and developments. You must be flexible to meet the service needs.
