Job Description

We are looking for someone that has experience in supporting adults that are visually impaired based in Media City in Salford.

You will be supporting a gentleman that needs guiding whilst in the office and some support on the computer whilst completing his work. Your day will normally begin meeting him outside the office to support him in to work and to guide him around the office. He will ask for support throughout the day and some of it is computer based so you will need to have a basic knowledge of using a computer.

You will be working either 9am - 5pm or 8am - 4pm, occasionally longer hours if there is projects or networking events after work.

You will need to have supported people with guiding in the past and have a an understanding of how to guide.

Ideally you will have 6 months experience working in a similar role.
