Job Description

We are looking for an experienced support worker to work evening shifts at a lovely supported living service in Rushden. Shifts are between the hours of 1600-2130.

You will be working with adults who are living in their own apartments within the service and have a range of needs including learning disabilities, physical disabilities and mental health. During your shift you will be working 1-2-1 with a resident and helping with their daily routine. This could include supporting with community access, meal preparation, personal care and hoisting.

The right person for this role will have a minimum of 12 months experience working in health and social care and will have had manual handling training. An enhanced DBS is required, however we can assist you with your application for this.

This is paid at £8.50. Additional benefits include holiday pay and a pension scheme.
