Job Description

We are currently recruiting for support workers to work in a residential service based in Bedford. Our client supports adults with autism, learning disabilities and some challenging behaviour.

As a support worker you will be responsible for supporting each client with daily living and life skills. This can range from personal care to attending appointments and doing activities. This is a rewarding and challenging role so the ideal candidate will be calm and patient and be able to de-escalate challenging situations. You will also have a minimum of 12 months experience within health and social care.

This role requires you to work shifts which could be earlies, lates or waking night shifts. Benefits include an hourly rate ranging from £8.50-£9.00ph, holiday pay & pension contribution
