WORK IN TA/WSM AREA

Looking to develop your skills in the care industry?

A colourful opportunity has come up working in a small, friendly team supporting people with autism. The house needs someone that can roll their sleeves up and get involved with everyday support.
The home consists of 4 males in one house and another male in his own flat, but you will mainly be based in the main house. The care is mostly 3 to 1, and sometimes 2 to 1 so you will be well supported!

Duties can include doing activities with the service user`s, such as cooking, gardening, and verbal prompting. Some personal care is required but is more about encouraging rather than assisting. The house likes to keep things fresh and exciting so regularly plan nights such as `Haitian night` and `pizza night` which you will be fully involved with!

All you need is one years experience working within the care industry with no qualifications, or 6 months experience with a health and social diploma.

Must be able to drive as is in a remote but beautiful setting!

The house also offers a free training course so is perfect for anyone wanting to progress in the care industry.
